If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll gladly replace it.
• Damaged or misprinted items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
• Wrong item received: Let us know immediately — we’ll correct the order promptly.
• Signed or personalized copies: Due to customization, these are non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect.
• Digital eBooks: Non-refundable after purchase, but we’ll help resolve any access or download issues.
